Economic Component
The economic component of the 2014 Congrès mondial acadien objective is to leave a legacy to the Acadia of the Lands and Forests territory. This unique approach builds on the presence of the Congrès mondial acadien in 2014 as a platform for the development of new business alliances, highlighting the three regions' common assets and stimulating the economic development of the territory.

Family Reunions
Family gatherings are at the heart of the program of activities for the Congrès mondial acadien 2014. They allow families to reunite with long-lost cousins from different generations and even distant lands.
Seminars and Conferences
The seminars and conferences component allows the exchange of knowledge, the latest technology, what are the challenges and possible solutions. We want to create a synergy between the three regions of the Acadia of the lands and forests.

Grand Youth Rally (GRJ) 2014
The Grand Youth Rally (GRJ) 2014 is the official Congrès mondial acadien 2014 youth event. The GRJ 2014 will be held in Pohénégamook, Quebec, from August 12 to 17, 2014. Register here!
Heritage and Outdoor Projects
The parallel projects to the congress are proposed and led by organizations or other groups outside of the CMA 2014. Those projects receive support from the CMA, without necessarily expecting funding and are part of the official program.
Sports Component
The coordinating of possible sports activities for the Congrès mondial acadien 2014 is ongoing. Different events will be part of the global program. Organisations and individuals are planning events as early as 2013.

Theme Days
Theme days will be presented within the programming to celebrate the creativity, ingenuity, diversity and regions' cultural characteristics and partners of the Congrès mondial acadien 2014.
